Do I get a reminder email?
For your convenience, we will send you a reminder email 24 – 48 hours before the event. This email will include detailed directions, map and our contact information if you need to reach us before the event.
Why did I get two purchase confirmation emails?
If the payment is processed by PayPal, in addition to the email from orderconfirmation @getinsellout.com – our booking company, you will get an email from PayPal. This is PayPal’s standard practice and does not imply that you accidentally booked twice.
Can I cancel or reschedule this reservation?
